🎨 What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
✅ Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in visual design or a related field
✅ A stellar portfolio showcasing diverse design techniques, typography mastery, and a clean, powerful aesthetic
✅ A proactive mindset – curiosity and initiative are key!
✅ Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with strong project management abilities
✅ Technical expertise in design tools, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a disciplined work ethic
✅ Superb organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple projects with precision and collaborate seamlessly
Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Degree from NID or other top-tier design schools
💻 Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & Microsoft Office (Excel charts, Word, PPT) wizardry
🖥️ Comfortable in Mac & PC environments
📊 UX/UI & data visualization experience is a huge plus!
