Job Overview:

Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills. As a Graphic Designer at RetailsEra, you will work closely with our marketing team to design engaging visuals and assets for various platforms. If you have experience with video editing tools, that’s an added bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create high-quality, visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are in line with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
• Video Editing (Advantageous): Edit and produce short videos for social media, websites, and promotional content.
• Design Updates: Regularly update and optimize designs based on feedback from team members and the evolving needs of the business.
• Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh design ideas and concepts to elevate the brand’s visual presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Video Editing: Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other related tools is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong artistic skills and an ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and care in your work, with a keen eye for color, typography, and layout.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics (after effects).
