Job description Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time) Location: Ahmedabad Type: On-site, Full-Time Experience : 1–2 years About the Role: We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who can think beyond just visuals. The ideal candidate should understand how design connects with marketing—especially for Meta ads—and be skilled in creating impactful graphics for both print and digital platforms, including thumbnails . Key Responsibilities: Ad Design for Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Understand the basics of ad structure—customer avatar, targeted audience, and how creatives influence reach and performance. YouTube Thumbnails: Design attention-grabbing thumbnails that improve click-through rates and align with content tone and brand identity. Print Design: Create professional-quality designs including logos, brochures, hoardings, and eBooks. Maintain consistency and print-readiness. Digital Product Design: Develop visually appealing digital products like downloadable PDFs, workbooks, and lead magnets. Social Media Creatives: Craft platform-specific visuals (posts, stories, reels covers) that maintain branding and encourage engagement. AI Integration in Design: Use AI tools to boost creativity and productivity. Generate AI visuals and explore AI-assisted workflows in your process. Follow Brand Guidelines: Maintain a strong brand identity across all projects. Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Deliver Quality Work on Time: Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
