Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.), a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy planning.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for creatives.
• Track conversions and manage budgets to ensure ROAS goals are met.
• Prepare performance reports using Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
