Astrotalk Store is a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand specializing in spiritual wellness products like bracelets and gemstones . As we scale, we’re looking for a Google Ads Executive to join our core team and drive high-impact paid performance campaigns. What You'll do Own and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) for Astrotalk Store. Conduct keyword research , audience segmentation , and targeting to maximize ROI. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to drive performance improvement. Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare actionable insights and performance reports. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and D2C growth . What we’re looking for: 1–4 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns , preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment. Strong command over Google Ads tools, bidding strategies, ad formats, and remarketing techniques. Good understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with design, product, and content teams. A data-first mindset with a strong bias toward performance and experimentation.
