Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:
1. Planning and Scheduling:
• Guide designers, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high creative standards.
• Conceptualize & deliver immersive branding & experience design. 2. Ideation & Research. • Research and integrate innovative solutions into Hammer’s creative portfolio. • Represent the creative team in high-value client pitches and strategic discussions. 3. Process Management: • Oversee ideation, visual storytelling, and execution of branding solutions. • Work with BD and operations teams to integrate design thinking into client solutions. • Implement structured processes using CRM for project tracking and reporting. 4. Leadership and Team Management: • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the internal creative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Visual Communication, Interior Designer, Architecture, or related fields. • 8+ years of experience in branding, retail environments, or experience design.
