We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Sales team. The role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls and chat, addressing their needs, offering relevant solutions, and promoting tech products or service plans. This is a performance-driven position ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, tech-aware, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing solutions effectively.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.

• Product Knowledge

  : Stay informed about the process and related services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Problem Resolution:

  Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Adherence to Policies:

  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.

Education and Experience:

• Both Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.
• 0-4 years of experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and via email
