Position Overview

We are a renowned Australian-based multinational company, a leader in providing innovative digital technologies for the K-12 education sector. Closely working with Departments of Education Australia globally, our solutions empower schools and educators with cutting-edge tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Global Head to lead our K-12 EdTech initiatives across Tamil Nadu. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong network among school leaders, decision-makers, and agents, along with proven expertise in relationship management and regional sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background

  : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience

  :
• 7+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• A strong network of contacts within Tamil Nadu's K-12 school leaders, principals, and Department of Education stakeholders.

• Skills

  :
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage regional sales operations and meet/exceed targets.
• Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated, dynamic, and comfortable with extensive travel.
