About the Role - Global Director, Client Services & Operations Responsible for leading our Commercial Advisory Services to support client engagements by implementing the strategic framework for project delivery with defined milestones, KPI’s, timelines and deliverablesConduct evaluations of our pipeline opportunities and outline the internal/external resources necessary for winning the business and implementing the consulting framework to execute upon SOWsSupport the commercialization of AlfaKineticTM & AlfaTRxTM by strengthening our brand identity as a differentiated AI leader for Life Sciences, specifically amongst Biotech & Pharmaceutical companies in the US & EU geographiesLead a team and collaborate with cross-functional employees across Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Analysts and Engineers Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of Life Science Consulting Strategy & Operations with verifiable skills for leading teams, strategic frameworks, project delivery and client servicesVerifiable success within a start-up environment for wearing multiple hats and being resourceful First-hand expertise with Pharma commercialization functions of Pharma across Market Access, Brand Strategy, Product Launch, Field Solutions, Medical AffairsPreference given to candidates coming from a Management Consultancy, such as Synbeos, Eversana, IQVIA, ZSThose coming from a Biopharmaceutical are also encouraged to apply with expertise in Market Access, Marketing Strategy, Commercial OperationsAbility to travel 25%+
