Genrative AI - Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer with deep expertise in building and deploying advanced AI models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and transformer-based architectures, and will be comfortable working across platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and LangChain. This role involves designing intelligent, generative solutions that enhance automation, content creation, and decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) for domain-specific use cases.
• Build scalable applications using LangChain, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI into enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Stay current with the latest research in generative AI and apply innovations to solve business challenges.
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical compliance in production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data scientists.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with ML libraries and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with LangChain, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG-based architectures.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of foundation models.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and governance.
• Agile development experience in fast-paced environments.
