Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager (GM) to oversee daily operations, improve performance, drive growth, and lead our team effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, business operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall business operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies and policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of company goals.
• Supervise department heads and provide support and guidance.
• Maintain budgets, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Report to senior leadership/Board of Directors with regular performance updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Head, or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
