Job Responsibility Gather and analyse business requirements related to customer relationship management processes such as sales, marketing, and customer service. Design and configure Dynamics 365 to align with client requirements, including configuration of entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards. Lead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including data migration and integration with other systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective utilization and administration of Dynamics 365 CRM. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
