Full Stack Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Build a full app with an AI assistant with world class user experience.  
• Work with cutting-edge generative AI and agent-based platforms to deliver an exceptional user experience in conversational UI and data analysis.
• Design and build robust integrations with various systems, apps, and platforms to expand the product’s ecosystem.
• Take full ownership of what you build.
• Partner well with international peers. 

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be passionate about solving big problems for the underserved and build tech for good. 
• Be relentlessly self motivated, curious and operate well with peers but can fully manage yourself and your work. 
• Have strong knowledge of Python and be able to build an end to end coding infrastructure that scales from hundreds to millions of users. Past experience with this will be great.
• Have experience working with generative AI architectures and stack, including prompt engineering, agents, vector databases, and RAGs.
• Possess a basic understanding of computer science concepts (data structures, graphs, recursion, and building simple language parsers).
• Be able to work with tools like Jira, GitHub, Sentry, and New Relic to follow a structured development process—or be willing to learn them quickly.
• Be comfortable with the following tech stack: Python, ParseHub, OpenAI API (GPT-4) / Claude 3.x Sonnet, Google Cloud Natural Language API, Retool, AWS. (It's okay if you don't know all of these, but you should be willing to learn.)
• If you can also handle some frontend, that’s a great bonus but not necessary.

We're building an AI-enabled customer experience platform to help small businesses thrive. Our MVP is in progress, and early customer feedback has been positive. Now, we're looking for someone who wants to build with us in real-time, from the ground up.

You will be given a problem to solve. You will be allowed to use an AI co-pilot or any other resource to solve the problem, as long as you acknowledge it. This is to test your thinking and coding abilities. There will be no LeetCode or puzzles.
