Job Summary

We are looking for passionate Full Stack Developers to join our growing team. This is an on-site role in Jalandhar, Punjab — ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want hands-on experience building real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern technologies.
• Work on both front-end (ReactJS/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/NestJS) development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to deliver features on time.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Learn new technologies and frameworks as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like ReactJS (bonus if you know Next.js).
• Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or Express.js (NestJS is a plus).
• Understanding of databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.

Eligibility

• BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or any relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jalandhar, Punjab.
