About the Role We’re looking for a Web Designer with strong front-end development skills to join our team and bring UI/UX ideas to life using React.js and Tailwind CSS . You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, developers, and content strategists to build fast, accessible, and pixel-perfect web experiences. What You’ll Do Turn Figma designs into clean, scalable React components styled with Tailwind CSS Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that work flawlessly across all modern browsers Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and page load speed Collaborate closely with back-end developers and content teams for seamless integration Contribute to our evolving design system and reusable component library Stay current with the latest trends in front-end tech, UI/UX, and best practices What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in front-end web design & development Strong hands-on skills with React.js , Next.js , and Tailwind CSS Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Experience working with Git and version control best practices Eye for responsive design, usability, and cross-browser compatibility Proven ability to translate UI/UX mockups into polished, production-ready code A strong portfolio showcasing work built with React + Tailwind CSS Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Figma: 3 years (Required) React: 3 years (Required) Next generation sequencing: 3 years (Required) Location: Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person
