Job Description

Urgent Opening for a Front Desk Receptionist with a leading Logistics brand @Mumbai.

Eligibility:-

Good Communication Skills

Good Knowledge with Excel

Good Understanding with Front Desk and Administrative Job.

Location:- Mumbai- Goregaon

Salary:- upto 5.5LPA

Greeting and Assisting Visitors:
Providing a warm welcome, directing visitors to the appropriate person or area, and offering assistance with inquiries.
Managing Phone System:
Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and ensuring efficient communication flow.
Administrative Support:
Performing tasks such as sorting mail, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Maintaining the Reception Area:
Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, reflecting the company's professional image.
Ensuring Security:
Following security procedures, managing visitor logs, and issuing badges to maintain a safe environment.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring office supplies, placing orders as needed, and ensuring adequate stock.
Communication:
Interacting with internal teams and external contacts to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth operations.
