Job Description

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a positive and professional impression of the company.

They will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide general information about the company and its services.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
