Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Front Desk Manager Supervise Front Desk Staff: Hire, train, and schedule receptionists or front office personnel. Monitor performance and provide coaching or feedback. Customer Service: Greet and assist parents, students and visitors. Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally. Administrative Duties: Maintain front desk policies and procedures. Monitor office supplies and equipment. Oversee data entry and records management. Cash and Fees Handling: Manage fees collection, petty cash and daily collection. Ensure proper handling of payments and receipts. Security and Compliance: Monitor access control (visitors, IDs, badges). Ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations. Reporting and Communication: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Communicate between departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
