Key Responsibilities:

Draft and manage professional letters, emails, and formal communication

Handle correspondence with clients, government offices, and vendors

Maintain records of all communications and documents

Coordinate with internal departments for information collation

Oversee dispatch operations and order processing

Manage documentation related to complaints, legal, and compliance matters


Required Skills:

Proficiency in English communication (Gujarati/Hindi is an advantage)

Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent typing, formatting, and data handling skills

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
