Work closely with housekeeping and other teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are promptly met.

What We’re Looking For:

· A friendly, approachable, people- loving personality with a passion for hospitality.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests from all walks of life.

· Prior experience in front office roles, especially in hostels or hospitality, is a plus but not a must!
