Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fresher at FLP Consulting. The position is located in Purnea, with some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks will include supporting business strategy development, performing market research, assisting with client presentations, and contributing to the preparation of business plans and reports. The Fresher will also be involved in administrative duties and providing overall project assistance.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
Basic understanding of business plan development and strategic planning
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Relevant internship or academic project experience is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
