We're Hiring: Freelance Coding Specialists – AI Foundational Models

(Remote | 40 hrs/week | Contract/Freelance)

We’re looking for exceptional Freelance Coders/Software Engineers to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge AI models. This isn’t just annotation work—you’ll be helping shape how AI understands and writes code

.What You'll Do

• :Evaluate and refine AI-generated code through Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)
• .Craft and test complex prompts, assess AI responses, and rewrite outputs for accuracy and clarity
• .Debug logic issues, identify improvement areas, and contribute across a range of code-heavy AI tasks

.What You Bring

• :Fluent in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
• .3+ year of relevant work experience (excluding internships)
• .Strong CS fundamentals, or a Tier 1 educational/professional background
• .Excellent English communication skills
• .40+ hours/week availability, with your own laptop and stable internet
• .Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented

.Bonus Points For

• :Experience with code reviews or technical writing
• .Strong structured thinking and analytical mindset
• .Prior exposure to AI/ML (not mandatory if your coding is top-tier)

• :Starts at $16.5/hr (40 hrs/week)
