Founder's Office intern

As a Founder's office Intern at W&R Consulting Group, you’ll work directly with the founders to support client outreach, brand engagement, and sales enablement. You’ll help manage our digital channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, and more), communicate with incoming leads, and ensure a high-quality, friendly first touchpoint for our potential clients. This is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to build their business acumen, communication skills, and understand how modern consulting brands grow digitally. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads on Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn Coordinate between the marketing team and prospects Assist in lead nurturing through timely follow-ups and messages Support the founders in campaign execution and basic CRM upkeep Report performance insights and suggest improvements Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Strong verbal and written communication skills (Tamil and English preferred) Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic productivity tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Prior internship or college-level experience in marketing/sales is a plus, but not mandatory Strong interest in startups, digital marketing, and business development Show more Show less
