• 📌 Business Model Creation: Research and define innovative and lean models for upcoming products and services across multiple sectors (health, education, agri-tech).
• 🔍 Market Research: Conduct deep secondary research and insights gathering across Indian and global markets to understand trends, gaps, and user pain points.
• 🧭 Product Definition: Support in framing product ideas, user journeys, feature lists, and value propositions.
• 📝 Competitor Analysis: Benchmark similar platforms and services to identify differentiation opportunities.
• 🧩 Strategic Support: Work on pitch decks, internal documentation, and ecosystem maps that will shape upcoming product decisions.
