About the Role:

The CEO’s Office is the central nervous system of StarClinch. It’s the team that ensures everything runs smoothly, fills in the gaps when things go wrong, and makes sure the CEO stays focused on the big picture. If something breaks—processes, operations, or even team morale—you’re the one who fixes it, fast and efficiently.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 job. You’ll be expected to think on your feet, solve problems in real time, and handle unpredictable situations—all while keeping StarClinch’s operations running like a well-oiled machine.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Crisis Management & Problem Solving – When things go wrong (and they will), you step in, take charge, and fix it before it escalates.
  • Operational Efficiency – Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and workflow gaps, then introduce smarter ways to streamline them.
  • CEO’s Gatekeeper – Filter, prioritize, and handle escalations before they reach the CEO, ensuring only critical issues make it to their desk.
  • Internal Coordination – Work across multiple teams (events, finance, tech, HR) to ensure seamless execution of ongoing projects and last-minute tasks.
  • Inventory & Resource Management – Keep track of office/event supplies, prevent last-minute crises, and create systems to avoid future mishaps.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information and high-stakes conversations with professionalism and trust.
  • Employee Well-being & Conflict Resolution – Help maintain a sane and productive work environment by addressing workplace frustrations, conflicts, and team morale.
  • Process Creation & Documentation – Establish repeatable, foolproof systems to ensure that common problems don’t happen again.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or process management (Freshers with a problem-solving mindset are welcome).
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
  • Background in event management, consulting, or process improvement is a plus.
