Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in garment/fashion manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Floor Incharge with at least 2 years of experience in the fashion/garment industry to manage and coordinate day-to-day production floor operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely output, quality control, manpower handling, and shop floor discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stitching, finishing, and packaging processes on the shop floor.
• Allocate daily tasks to tailors, finishing didis, and helpers as per production plans.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager/Merchandising team regarding design changes, priorities, and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor work quality and provide instant feedback to avoid rework or delays.
• Track daily output and submit reports to Production/HR.
• Maintain punctuality and discipline among workers.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the factory floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new blue-collar staff.
• Resolve conflicts or operational issues during the shift.

Skills Required:

• Strong supervisory and team handling skills
• Basic understanding of garment production (especially couture or luxury wear)
• Good communication in Hindi/Bengali (English is a plus)
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Eye for quality and detail
• Basic Excel/record-keeping knowledge

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a floor incharge or supervisor role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
