Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Floor In-Charge to oversee day-to-day operations at our Two-Wheeler Showroom in Margao, Goa. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry, ensuring smooth customer service flow and workshop floor management. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise the service floor and coordinate workflow Manage customer walk-ins and ensure timely updates Allocate tasks to service technicians and monitor progress Maintain daily service records and reports Ensure customer satisfaction and handle minor escalations Report to the Service Manager and assist in operational planning --- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile workshop/showroom management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently Basic computer skills for report entry and customer tracking Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile stream preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
