DesGro Media is a fast-growing creative agency focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and impactful media strategies. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our in-house team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor budgets and forecasting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Assist with payroll processing and financial planning
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of tax laws and compliance is a plus
