Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: F&B and Alcohol Experience:

5 to 10 years (Alcohol industry experience is mandatory)

Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate budget vs actual variance analysis across businesses and communicate trends, exceptions, and areas of improvement.

· Manage the monthly P&L and highlight exceptions proactively to meet targets.

· Execute Operating Working Capital analysis: receivables, payables, ageing, inventory, etc.

· Set up SOPs, standards, and workflows for the finance division.

· Analyze profitability and ROI by brand/state and report monthly.

· Partner with business units to provide actionable financial insights.

· Work with business intelligence tools and dashboards for real-time reporting.

· Drive monthly reviews with the Finance Leadership team.

· Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, and updated estimates as per corporate timelines.

· Willingness to relocate to Dubai is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong grasp of accounting systems, fund flow, statutory compliances, and taxation.

· Advanced proficiency in P&L management, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

· Excellent numerical ability with an understanding of financial impacts.

· Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
