Educational Requirement:

Master's Degree or higher (with minimum 5 years of work experience) in Commerce/Financial Management.
Total 8–10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and revise program budgets.
Facilitate monthly financial review meetings with program teams.
Ensure meticulous maintenance and accounting of all project-related vouchers in Tally.
Prepare funder-specific utilization reports and lead donor audits.
Manage allocation of project management and operational costs.
Review and approve payment vouchers.

Critical Traits:

In-depth understanding of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, MS Office – Word, Excel, PPT is a must.
