The role of an Early Careers - BA3 ICAI Industrial Trainee at our organization involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance division. By providing insights and expertise, you will assist senior colleagues in making informed decisions, developing new products and services, and identifying new market opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting daily profit and loss analysis for business units, researching performance impacts, trends, and insights. You will be responsible for compiling regular reports, scorecards, and presentations for senior management based on your analysis. Additionally, you will participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. As part of your role, you will assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders, manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies, and utilize data in various forms to derive financial insights for key decision-making processes.
