Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh & Dehradun for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues with our products. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing technical problems, and collaborating with the team to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, calibration, installation of analytical Instruments.
• Strong Customer Service skills in Pharma Industry.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Instruments/ Electronics / Electrical or a related field is preferred
