Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customer sites, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of all systems. The role also involves coordinating with customers to meet service needs and maintaining detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
• Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed service reports and documentation
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally
• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the power solutions
