Job Title: Field Service Advisor Location: Nagpur Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 years of experience Job Summary: A Field Service Advisor is a professional who acts as a liaison between a company and its customers, particularly in industries that provide on-site services. The role typically involves overseeing and coordinating service activities, providing support and advice to field technicians, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their service needs and concerns. Provide advice and recommendations for service or product repairs and maintenance. Serve as the point of contact for customers throughout the service process. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for field technicians, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Coordinate between the field team and customers to ensure timely service delivery. Technical Guidance: Offer technical support and troubleshooting advice to field technicians when they encounter problems in the field. Help ensure that technicians have the necessary tools and resources to complete the job. Service Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the service delivered, ensuring that standards and customer expectations are met. Collect feedback from customers to improve service and address any issues promptly. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on service activities, completion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
