Field Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven field Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.This role requires frequent travel to nearby cities to explore new project opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1._Sales:_ Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Focus on project-based sales, identifying upcoming projects in the market and building relationships with key decision-makers. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth. 2._Business Development:_ Research and identify new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and other influencers in the industry. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. _Requirements:_ _Education:_ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. _Experience:_ 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. _ Skills:_ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. _Personal Attributes:- Results-driven and target-oriented. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
