Job Description

Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at retail points. Collect and process customer feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for promotional campaigns and stock movements. Maintain records of sales, collections, and inventory Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in FMCG sales or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the local market and retail distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
