Female Senior Marketing Executive (West Bengal Candidates apply only) Location: Kolkata Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director Experience: 5-6 Years in Marketing (Preferably in Landscaping, Real Estate, or Home Services) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to promote our landscaping services across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Execute marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, brand building, and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in marketing execution and achieving monthly lead and conversion targets in service-based industries. Candidate should have a strong grasp of both digital and offline marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Target-Based Objectives: •Achieve monthly lead generation targets across 15 lack per month. •Restrict marketing spend as per management set limit.  Marketing & Campaign Execution: •Develop and execute seasonal campaigns for lawn maintenance, landscaping design, tree planting, irrigation systems, etc. •Coordinate offline marketing—brochures, hoardings, event participation, housing societies, exhibitions.  Digital & Content Marketing: - • Provide input to update the website and landing page based on expenses. •Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging visuals, client showcases, and promotions. • Suggest promotional content, including emailers, WhatsApp creatives, videos, and brochures.  Brand Building & CRM: •             Build and manage a consistent brand identity across all channels. •             Collaborate with all departments to improve client experience. Reporting & Analytics: •Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and conversion rates. •Analyse competitor marketing activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities.   Required Skills: •6 years of experience in B2C marketing with performance targets. •Excellent communication and copywriting skills. •Must be comfortable with field visits (client sites, photo shoots, events). •target-15lack per month (50% new customer) Compensation & Perks: •Salary: Rs 35000 to Rs 50000 per month plus incentive. •Travel & Mobile Reimbursement. •Opportunity to grow into a leadership role in a green and growing industry.
