About Us:

Alexa Physiotherapy Clinic is Kolkata’s leading physiotherapy and hydrotherapy centre, known for its state-of-the-art treatments and holistic rehabilitation programs. We’re expanding our outreach and looking for dynamic individuals to join our Field Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline field campaigns across housing societies, schools, colleges, and corporate IT offices.
• Identify new opportunities and propose collaborations for health camps, wellness sessions, and brand awareness activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders such as residential committees, school/college administrators, HR teams of IT companies etc.
• Support the planning and execution of on-ground branding through flyers, banners, standees, kiosks, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure alignment of campaigns and brand communication.
• Collect feedback, analyze campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure timely reporting and updates on leads generated, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years of relevant field marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a go-getter attitude.
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful field campaigns and activations.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel and client interactions.
• Basic understanding of branding, promotions, and lead generation.
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
