We are currently hiring for two key positions

:Field Engineer (Civil

)📍 Location: On-site, Vadodar

a 💼 Experience: 2–5 year

s 🛠️ Role: Site supervision, execution, quality checks, coordination with subcontractors, daily progress reportin

.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely execution as per project pla
• n.Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, technical specifications, and quality standard
• s.Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and labor team
• s.Maintain site logs, daily reports, and site measurement record
• s.Assist with quantity estimation and material plannin
• g.Ensure site safety, compliance, and proper implementation of safety protocol
• s.Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the project engineer or project manage
• r.Liaise with consultants/architects/clients during inspection

s.Requirement

• s:Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineerin
• g.2–5 years of relevant field/site execution experience in building or infrastructure project
• s.Strong knowledge of civil drawings, materials, and construction technique
• s.Good communication and leadership skill
• s.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other site-related tools is an added advantag
