We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Field Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and work closely with cutting-edge Machine Vision product line-up. Section I - Position Summary

The On-Site Support engineers will support our client's largest customers by ensuring the smooth commissioning and operation of their production equipment. Activities include application testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of automated production equipment that incorporates the Datasensor product line.

Section II -Overview of Responsibilities:

• Receiving technical training on the operation and setup of our customers production equipment. Specifically how Gocators are used within the system.
• Extended on-site monitoring and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• To learn and become proficient in the operation, characteristics and performance of all Datasensor products
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and customize vision-based inspection solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for machine vision system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer training to ensure effective utilization of our products and solutions.
• Create detailed documentation including manuals, reports, etc. to assist customers in the operation & maintenance of machine vision systems.
• Build customer relationships through technical guidance and exceptional service.

Section III Education and Qualifications

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in the high technology industry / factory automation industry working on various projects relating to their area of study- Machine Vision experience will be plus.

Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience or equivalent work experience.

Strong working knowledge of industry standards and best practices in their discipline

Wiring and setup, basic soldering skills) with demonstrated ability in past project accomplishments

Problem solving skills using a clear understanding of facts and implementation of test plans and solution strategies

Solid interpersonal skills for proper function in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
