Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fenestration Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Fenestration Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and developing sales strategies. Additional duties include coordinating with the marketing team, attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Fenestration products and industry standards
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain Customer Relationships
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fenestration industry is a plus
