• Job Location: Kolkata (preferred for offline roles)
• Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome)
• Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with experience

• Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures in your subject area.
• Develop and update curriculum-aligned study materials, notes, and practice sets.
• Conduct interactive sessions, problem-solving classes, and concept-building exercises.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, including tech-enabled tools and digital platforms.
• Assess students through tests, assignments, and mock exams; provide regular feedback.
• Mentor students for board exams, entrance tests, or university-level courses.
• Support academic research, projects, and workshops where applicable.
• Maintain academic records and student progress reports regularly.
• Participate in training sessions, faculty meetings, and workshops for continuous improvement.

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, digital boards, etc.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse learners.
• Adaptability, punctuality, and dedication to student success.
• Basic technical proficiency (especially for Computer Science faculty).
