Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Faculty/Trainer role located in Gurugram. The Faculty/Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering courses in Human Resources Management and Organization Behaviour. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, conducting lectures and workshops, evaluating student performance, and providing academic advising. Additional responsibilities involve conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and engaging with the broader academic community.
