We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee and maintain our IT service facility operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of a tech-driven workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and office maintenance. Coordinate AMC, repairs, and servicing of office equipment (UPS, air conditioning, elevators, etc.). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and procurement of facility supplies. Oversee seating arrangements, workstation setups, and ensure IT infrastructure readiness in collaboration with IT teams. Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving initiatives. Handle office relocation, space planning, and infrastructure expansion projects. Lead audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills. Manage budgets, invoices, and reports related to facility expenses. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in IT/ITES sector. Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and compliance protocols. Familiarity with tools like CAFM software or facility helpdesk systems.
