Facilities Manager

Role in Detail:

Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are

met with the highest standards.

• Lead client review meetings, preparing and delivering detailed presentations on

performance, progress, and key metrics.

Operations Management:

• Oversee all essential services, including housekeeping, food, maintenance, Wi-Fi,

laundry, and hostel management, ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Manage campus-wide operations, ensuring that all services are executed to the highest

standards and that client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a diverse team of caretakers, wardens, and blue-collar staff,

ensuring effective coordination and efficient operations.

• Foster team development by providing training, coaching, and mentoring, supporting

both their professional and personal growth.

Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:

• Ensure the P&L is consistently profitable, with costs managed according to approved

budgets and financial targets.Invoice and Payment Management:

• Ensure the timely generation, submission, and tracking of invoices to clients within

established deadlines.

• Monitor and ensure that payments are collected in accordance with defined turnaround

times (TAT).

Escalation Management:

• Address and resolve any operational escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring

minimal disruption to service and maintaining client satisfaction.
