Kumaraguru Institutions, a premier educational hub spread across a vibrant 150-acre campus in Coimbatore , is looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee and manage our diverse and dynamic campus infrastructure. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning, upkeep, and operations of the entire college campus, which includes academic blocks, auditoriums, laboratories, meeting halls, student hostels, guest houses, cafeteria/mess blocks, and other utilities. This role will involve managing both in-house staff and contractual staff , coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring the campus environment remains clean, safe, and operational at all times. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day campus facility operations, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping. Supervise a large team of on-roll and contract staff across various facilities. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services. Coordinate with academic departments and leadership for event infrastructure and logistics. Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across the premises. Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effective facility operations. Who We’re Looking For ✅ A graduate with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in facility management. ✅ Hands-on supervisory experience managing teams and vendor operations. ✅ Proven ability to manage campus or institutional facilities . ✅ Event coordination experience is a strong advantage. ✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
