Position Title: Fabrication Supervisor Location: Atgaon Industry: Heavy-Duty Fabrication (Railways & Metro Projects) Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head Experience Required: 7–10 Years Gender Preference: Male Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) Compensation: Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 - 40,000 Job Summary: The Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of heavy-duty fabrication works for Railway and Metro projects. The role includes daily planning, team supervision, quality assurance, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant production. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the fabrication team for timely execution of fabrication jobs as per engineering drawings and client specifications Plan daily production schedules, allocate manpower and resources efficiently Perform quality checks and ensure high standards of workmanship and dimensional accuracy Provide hands-on technical support in resolving fabrication and welding challenges Enforce compliance with safety protocols and statutory factory regulations Maintain production documentation including daily output, manpower utilization, and material consumption Communicate progress updates to senior management and clients, addressing any technical concerns proactively Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and technical blueprints Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities Good knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and welding techniques Familiarity with shop floor safety practices and compliance standards Effective problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Railway & Metros: 7 years (Preferred) Location: Atgaon, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
