Job Title: Export/Import Executive Industry: Garments (Manufacturing) Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Gender Preference: Male Only Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export/Import Executive to manage international logistics and documentation processes for our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import-export regulations and hands-on experience in handling shipping, customs, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all export and import operations. Handle documentation for customs clearance (e.g., shipping bills, invoices, packing lists). Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines. Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and documentation requirements. Monitor shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines. Maintain accurate records and reports related to export/import activities. Resolve any issues related to shipments or customs. Requirements: Proven experience in export/import operations, preferably in the garments manufacturing sector. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
