Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced IT Recruiter located in Kolkata. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Daily tasks include IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The role involves utilizing various recruitment methods and tools to attract and retain top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
