OSD Deployment: Implementing and managing Operating System Deployment processes for streamlined setup and configuration of devices. NGWS Queries: Managing and resolving queries related to the Next Generation Workstation Solution (NGWS) for enhanced user support entire region(Bit logger Key\Admin Portal). Tracking and Shipping API Support: Supporting and optimizing regional API integrations for tracking and shipping operations. Sales MIS: Rotational Morning shift and automate the process if needed. HAM Module Management: Overseeing the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module of DHL for asset tracking and utilization. Process Automation: Streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency through automated processes. IT Operations and Critical Patches: Managing global IT operations and deploying essential OSD and security patches to safeguard systems. R & D : Test and exploring new technologies and solutions to improve processes and systems.
